Tell State Attorneys General: Block the Paramount/WBD Merger
Paramount Skydance’s proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery is a disaster that would endanger our democracy and give David and Larry Ellison — a MAGA-loving family of billionaires — even more control over what we see and hear.
This is not a done deal, though. The Department of Justice doesn’t have to rubber-stamp it, and state attorneys general can still intervene.
