Donald Trump has launched yet another illegal war, this time against Iran, in a reckless escalation that will have major repercussions for the entire region. And it won't be the last. In the days after Donald Trump’s illegal attack on Venezuela, the president issued threats against a slew of other countries, including Mexico, Cuba, and Greenland.
Speaking to Fox and Friends, Trump said, “But we can't take a chance after having done this incredible thing last night of letting somebody else take over where we have to do it again. We can do it again, too. Nobody can stop us.”
The entire world should be extremely alarmed at those words. Trump and Marco Rubio are on an imperialist rampage and have made it very clear that they are hellbent on starting as much conflict as possible in order to upend the global world order and return it to the bad old days of competing imperial powers.
Trump has already bombed eight different countries, is murdering innocents in the Caribbean on a near-daily basis, kidnapping world leaders, and threatening to eradicate an entire nation of civilians — all without any approval from Congress.
Donald Trump is the biggest threat to peace in the world. He is unhinged, constantly breaking the law, and deteriorating into the throes of dementia. Congress needs to reassert its authority immediately and strip Trump of his ability to wage war on a whim.
Add your name to tell Congress to do its job and stop Trump's illegal wars!
