The Washington Post reports that the United States is preparing the largest "sale" of bunker-busting bombs to Israel, except it's not actually a sale — the entire $2.8 billion cost will be paid for by the American taxpayer.
"The $2.8 billion package, which would be purchased with US taxpayer dollars, includes 40,000 bombs that weigh 2,000 pounds each, including 20,000 MK-84s and 20,000 BLU-117s…The sale also includes 20,000 I-2000 Penetrator warheads," the Post reports. "The Mark 84 is capable of forming a crater 50 feet wide and 36 feet deep. It can penetrate up to 15 inches of metal or 11 feet of concrete, depending on the height from which it is dropped, and causes lethal fragmentation to a radius of 400 yards."
Stop Trump's 40,000-bomb giveaway to Israel!
We are paying for every cent of these weapons, which Israel is going to use against innocent civilians in its ethnic cleansing campaigns in Gaza and Lebanon.
How do we know? Because they’ve done it hundreds of times before. Just last week, Israel killed two young girls in Gaza, ages 8 and 12, and their mother and father, using one of these bombs.
Israel has slaughtered 73,789 people in Gaza, nearly 9,000 people in Lebanon, and nearly 10,000 people in Iran (with US help) over the past few years.
These weapons will be immediately used to perpetrate genocide and cannot be allowed to happen.
Stop Trump from giving 40,000 US bombs to Israel!
