Tell Democrats: Deliver citizenship for Dreamers ASAP!
The heartless cruelty of the Trump administration’s deportation regime makes it very clear that the limbo that Dreamers and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) immigrants are forced to live in is no longer sustainable.
We have all borne witness to the pain, heartache, and tragedy that follow when immigrant communities are forced to live under fear and uncertainty — from families separated by deportation to communities reeling from violence and loss.
That uncertainty and fear cannot be allowed to continue. These beloved members of our communities deserve to live their lives without the fear that their lives could be upended and their families torn apart just because a new anti-immigrant administration has taken over.
If Democrats take over Congress this fall, their first order of business needs to be legislation delivering citizenship for Dreamers.
